Abstract

The authors analyze a series of 10 patients with primary gastric lymphomas where the difficulties and even the impossibility of a positive clinical and paraclinical diagnosis are highlighted spontaneously, obscured by the higher frequency and similar appearance of carcinoma; 2) the importance of the histopathological study
direct from visceral injury; 3) the best response to surgical or combined treatment and therefore the best prognosis for this condition compared to gastric carcinoma.
