Abstract

Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma is currently considered
as one of the most frequent Sarcomas of Soft
Parts in adults. This is merely a preliminary repor of
three cl'inical cases of this histo1o·gical variety to which
no reference is made in our literature. There follows
a brief bibliographic review and an account of its
most important anatomo-clinical therapeutical characteristics.
This is a predominantly pleomorphic tumor,
with characteristic histological pattern and its histogenesis
is still the subjet of controversy.
