Giant retroperitoneal sarcoma. Report of a clinical case.

Liposarcoma is a malignant mesenchymal tumor, originated in adipose tissue, and constitutes the most frequent variety of sarcomas of retroperitoneal location. They have a slow growth with late symptoms mainly given by compression, since they can reach a great dimension. The treatment is complete surgical resection, and the prognosis depends on the final staging, tumor gradeand radical surgery.We present below a case of a giant retroperitoneal liposarcoma diagnosis and resolution in our service
