Authors present the first clinical case of cholangiocarcinoma
developed in a choledocus cyst appearing in
national data. They point out surgical treatment's evolution,
emphasizing the possible etiopathologenical factors.
lt is not an exceptional finding. The elective treatment
is total cyst resection, and hepaticojejunostomy in
diverticular loop.
