Abstract

Authors present a case of malignan! colo-duodenal fistula (M.C.D.F.) secondary to a cancer (fairly differenciated adeno carcinoma) of the sector proximal to the transverse colon.
The surgical technique used was a right hemicolectomy associated with a cephalic duodeno-pancreatectomy.
There has a tour months' evolution and is in excellent condition.
In connection with this case, technical and tactical aspects of right hemicolectomy associated with cephalic duodeno-pancreatec\omy due to malignant coloduodenal fistula are discussed.
A review is also presented of 34 cases of malignant colo-duodenal fistula treated by the same procedure.
