A case o! reversed bowel rotation is presented. A exceptional
situation of anomalous intestinal rotation
and fixation, that ocurred in an old woman, complicated
with volvulus o! the right colon. Sorne embyologic,
anatomic, pathologic, clinic and therapeutic considerations
about this disease are done.
