The paper reports on experiments conducted concerning the use of leucometilene for tinting vagus branches in duodenal ulcus surgery. The paper reviews product preparation and results obtained in 24 dogs.
A first group was subject to· intraoperatory tinting of esophage - cardial region with histologic study of tinted fili. In another group, regional tinting was performed in the same manner, which proved persistency of thinner vagal fibres. Clinical usefulness of method is shown by results obtained.
