Abstract

Mention is made of two cases of simultaneous bilateral cancer of the breast, treated by bilateral radical mastectomy. The procedure followed in bilateral neoplasms
is explained in detail. The advantages far simultaneous practice by two surgical teams and the preference far a horizontal incision, contrary to a vertical
one, are indicated, because of the frequent necrosis of the span of skin which, in this case, is left in the center.
