The use of Trasylol in serofibrinous pleural effusions

Abstract

Two cases of recurrent serofibrinous pleural effusion, of non specific ethiology, were treated with good results by means of intrapleural injections of Trasylol. One of these cases was also subject to evacuation.
Radiological controls are shown.
