Abstract

Chronic venous insufficiency in lower limbs is a
frequent condition which entails important morbility,
economic cost and therapeutic problems. Even
with current technological development we are still
far from a definitive solution for this pathology. Treatment
of deep insufficiency has already been well
established. At the present time election treatment
for deep insufficiency is medical, surgery has precise
indications and is limited to select patients
