Abstract

Case material consists of two cases of aneurysms
of digestive arteries, one in the common hepatic
atery and the other in the ce/iac trunk, treated
through two diferent procedures.
Both cases were associated to an aberrant hepatic
artery
The paper inc!udes a bib/iographic review of this
condition and consideration of tactical aspects,
fundamental/y with respect to vascular reconstruction
of this patho/og. The latter has /ead to much
controversy but the authors conclude there is no
evidence to prevent vascular reconstruction of ce!
iac trunk or the hepatic artery itse/, with regard to
their aneurismatic pathology.
