Abstract

The author presents a choledochal reconstruction by means of a biliodigestive anastomosis using a defunctionalized jejunal ansa of the modified Praderí type leaving the ansa stoma in the subcutaneous, which make possible a quick, simple and iterative access in case of stenosis far instrumental dílatation.
