La presencia de distinguidos cirujanos y representantes de instituciones de gran jerarquía del país
hermano, allende el Plata, dan a este acto un singular relieve. Los «granes» de la Argentina, los
Arce, Chutro, Robetson Lava/le, Finochieto, Ceba/los, lvanissevich, Romano, Jorge, Mainetti,
Mirizzi, Ercole, Eta/a, Comini, por citar algunos, nos hicieon el honor de acompañanos en jonadas
inolvidables de la cirugía local y continental. A elos dedico, en primer lugar, estas palabras que
provienen de quien, discípulo de Navarro, Lamas, García Lagos, Armand Ugón, Larghero, Del
Campo y Surraco, entre muchos maestros, tiene el supremo honor de representar en esta instante
a nuestra querida Sociedad de Cirugía
