Presents a case of right traumatic diaphragmatic hernia also accompanied with a intercostal opening throug wlch small intestina and colon passed into the righl hemithorax and subcutaneous cellular (lissue). Briel revision of !he subject, its physiopathological and clínical elements in particular.
