The authors present a new case of Zolllnger•Elllson's
syndrome belng characterized by the co-exlstence tumours
being analyzed.
lt Is the first communication in this respect in Uru•
guay. Etiopathogenlc, diagnostic and treatnent as•
pects are analyzed.
Two years after, the patlent has thus far not eviden•
ced any pulmonary residual dlsease, having had an ex•
cellent evolution from the digestlve point of view but
with sustained hypergastrinemia.
