Authors present 8 cases of early carcinoma in gallbladder
diagnosed by fibrolaparoscopy.
The dífficulty of pre-operative diagnosis and endoscopyc
fíndíngs are analyzed, concludíng that the peritoneoscopy
alon·g wíth ecography and computarízed
tomography are the triad of examínalions that make
pre-operative diagnosis possíble and evaluates operation
feasibility and tumoral resect condítion.
