This paper reports the author's experience with respect
to one of the complications of CDD. In this group
we find that localized peritonitis -abcesses- comes
after diffuse peritonitis and occupies the secund pl'ace.
There follows an analysis of pathogeny, topography,
complications, operatory findings and, fundamentally,
the (multiple) surgical tactics, according to the authors.
