Abstract


A patient who had undergone gastrectomy and re•
gastrectomy ( Billroth II) presented a late benign stenosis
of anastomoses with megaesophagus secondary
to it.
A gastrectomy was again performed with excellent
evolution. Histological tests indicated fibrous stricture
of anastomoses. The megaesophagus disappeared
