Abstract


A 2 - years old girl with a large nephroblastoma of
the rigth kidney with involvement of the inferior vena
éava.
Radical Excision including cavotomy, and associated
chemotherapy and radiotherapy resulted in a 22 months
postoperative disease - free survival'.
