Abstract

Report on two cases of cystoadenomas of pancreas and analysis of difficulties encountered in its diagnosis and with respect to its surgical tactics. In particular, the authors outline an aspect which has so far merited insufficient attention: splenic repercusion of chronic pancreotomies.
