Abstract

Post - Graduate Clinic (Pasteur Hospital' - Montevideo) experience in total esophago - jejunal post - gastrectomy, convering a 2 - year period and 6 cases, is described 75 % of patients tollerated this type of surgery with no complications and survival ranged from 4 to 16 months.
In no case was there gastro - esophageal reflux.
