Suture failure of esophago - gastric anastomosis. Reoperation and suture

Report o'f a disruption of esophago - gastric anastomosis, in a case of esophageal cancer resection. Treatment consisted in rethoracotomy and successful suture of failure.
This case serves to stress the advantages of an early diagnosis and suture of perforation.
