La conducta olásica fre,nte a la existencia de aneurismas intracraneanos mútiples era la de clipar únicamente al responsable de la hemorragia subaracnoidea. A la luz del conocimiento de la historia natural de estos ameunsmas múltiples -nuevas hemorragias subaracnoideas por ruptura de los aneurismas no clipadosla tendencia actual es la de cliipar TODOS los aneurismas en el mismo acto quirúrgico (o en operaciones sucesivas si son bilaterales). Se presentan dos casos de -neurismas múltiples unilaterales tratados con éxito aplicando este criterio.
