Abstract

case of total cystheétomy is presented, with placing of a bi-ureteral-vesicai-urethral prosthesis (artificial bladder) designed and constructed by us, in a patient 83 years old, who presented a carcinoma of the trigonus, ulcerated and bleeding.
She was previously given, unsuccessfuly, embolizing therapy, and continued with profuse hemorrages, with lead to hematocrit findings as low as 16 %. Good course, with psychophysic recovery, with good toleration and normal renal function during 3 ½ months.
Death occurs by stroke of ischemic origin.
