Abstract

 Pulmonary thromboembolism (T.E.P.) pathogenetically it is the result of the alteration of coagulation factors in the positive sense and / or the failure of fibrinolysis, leading to the syndrome humoral of hypertrombicity. Of this, the stasis and endothelial injury, coagulation is born intravascular and with it the probable T.E.P
