The authorities of the Uruguayan Congress of Surgery have entrusted us with the task of coordinating the Round Table on surgical technique. This is the first experience
that is performed in this field of surgery. The initiative belongs to us and was presented to the General Assembly in the 1969 Congress. We consider that the surgical technique
it should be a reason for special attention by surgeons. An opportunity to spread it, is this meeting of Uruguayan surgeons of different generations,
who act in various media and who meet to exchange concerns and knowledge.
