Operative wound of the main bile duct. Immediate repair by hepatoduodenostomy

The paper presents one case of operatory section of the common bile duct repaired in the same operation through a colochoduodenostomy on a tube, which had an excellent evolution. The reparatory surgery tok place in 1936.
