Abstract


Authors present the case of a patlent with multiple
abdominal hydatidosis with splenic locallzation who
suffered a splenothoracic transit as a post-operative
complicatlon. They present the dlagnostical difficul!ies
and surgical tactic. They also discuss the abdommothoracic
left transits, their physiopathology, classification,
and rarity of this case, the waysofstudying it and treatment
in elective or urgent surgery.
