Abstract

Lesion of trachea and maín bronchi are not
frequently seen in urgency. They are not clearly
differentíated by topography as cervical
(laringotracheal injury) and íntrathoracic (tracheal and
bronchíal). The causatíve element may be dírect
aggressíon (fírearms, blades) or indírect actíon (ríse
of endolumínal pressure coupled with closed glottís)
thus gívíng rise to a gíven type of longitudinal lesíon,
in the cartílage membranous unían. The purpose of
thís paper is to analyze treated cases, as well as to
present a film concerníng one case.
