Esophageal Reconstruction with Gadric Tube

The paper presents sorne tecnical details, relative with the use of retroesternal gastric tube, the carefully
preparation of the gastric vascular pedicles, the management of surgical resection and its extension. It's described
the procedure in order to extend the tube if it results too- short. A brief description of cervical approach
is exposed, as well' as tecnical details of retroesternal gastric tube passage and the results of this
Tokio's Cancer Institute.
